Monthly support allows the Villages CDC to move from reacting to opportunities to planning for them. It helps cover the unglamorous but essential work of coordination, staffing, and follow-through that makes housing and neighborhood investment possible. Membership support strengthens our core capacity, including staffing needs that allows for better project coordination and community engagement.
